I have a terabit drive that has plenty of space.
So, my question is - does Macrium do a clone disc? And does Macrium do partition in which case it may be possible to move everything to another partition hoping that there won't be any bad sectors in the other partition. When I go on line to find an answer to my problem I get confused. I did half a dozen restores with another program and half a dozen chkdsk /f /r and half a dozen defrags and reran Macrium each time with no results. That would be just fine if I had an image backup otherwise I will lose six years of hard work. Unfortunately, When I try to do an image backup all I get is Error code 6 and Error code 23 that basically tells me to get a new hard drive. I have no doubt that it is a good program when it works. Well, first off, this is supposed to be a highly recommended program and because of the recommendation I purchased it.
